Packages not being deployed to Vista SP1 Clients yet Vista RTM Clients work fine

I've got a problem where Packages targeted to my Vista Clients work fine on my Vista RTM Clients but not on my SP1 Clients. I've checked the "This program can run only on specified client platforms" box in the Package's Properties which states it supports "All x86 Vista" and "All x64 Vista" platforms.

I'm running SMS 2003 SP3 which I thought was supposed to support Vista?

First off SMS 2003 SP3 provides full support for Vista RTM NOT Vista SP1 and this is the reason for you seeing the error.

To resolve this issue you'll need to install a hotfix as detailed in KB Article 939332 "SMS 2003 with Service Pack 3 cannot deploy a package to client computers that are running Windows Vista with Service Pack 1".
