If you're using daily recurring schedules for your Advertisements you may experience the following problems whenever the time changes from British Summer Time (BST) to/ from Greenwich Mean Time (GMT or "Coordinated Universal Time" as it's otherwise known):

  • Daily recurring Adverts you create during BST run an hour too early when the time changes to GMT.
  • Daily recurring Adverts you create during GMT run an hour too late when the time changes to BST.

Microsoft are aware of this issue and have released a hotfix under KB Article 933870 "Advertisements that have a recurring schedule are off by one hour in SMS 2003 when the time changes between British Summer Time (BST) and Coordinated Universal Time".
