ERROR 8206 and 8202 When Extending the Schema |

Anyone have any ideas on ERROR
8206 and 8202? This error is received in the log file when trying to extend the
schema. I am a Schema Admin/Domain Admin - thus I have the rights. I enabled
schema updates capability on my Domain Controller which holds all FSMO roles via
Schema MMC snap-in. I get this error when I am running the SMS Setup - I am not
proceeding with SMS install until it allows me; I know I can extend later but I
want to know what is preventing me. I have also rebooted all systems just to
ensure.
