An easy way to find out if AI is installed is to:

1. Load the SMS Admin Console
2. Navigate to “Reporting | Reports”
3. Sort the display ascending by “Category”
4. Scroll to the top of the list.
5. If the “Asset Management” category is shown (this contains Reports such as “1A – Summary of Computers in a Specific Collection” and “2A – Estimated Computer Age by Ranges within a Collection)”, then AI is installed. If there is no “Asset Management” Category then AI is not installed (there are 40 “out-the-box”) AI Reports.
