What is the recommended partition
sizes for the setup and configuration for SMS 2003? Do I want a 10 GB boot and a
70 GB d: for D:\sms?

The sizing requirements for the database are 50MB + ('a' x 220KB) (where 'a'
is the number of clients you will have). The transaction log should be 1/4 the
size of the database so estimate how many clients you will have an most likely
your 70 GB will accommodate the database nicely.
