Can I Run SMS 2003 on an NT 4.0 Server?

I currently have an NT 4.0 Box with SMS 2.0 that crashed unrecoverably yesterday. I was planning on upgrading this server to Windows and SMS 2003 soon anyway, so I am wondering what steps need to take place to scrap the original and upgrade without rebuilding the NT 4.0 box.

Is there any problems that I will have with my existing clients if I upgrade the server to 2003? I do have the DB on tape, so I can restore the database if necessary.

You can't run an SMS 2003 Site Server or any of it's components on NT 4.0 so you'll need to upgrade the OS to Windows 2000 SP3 at a minimum.  So even if you want to install something like a Management Point or a Distribution Point the server on which you want to install the component needs to be running Windows 2000 SP3 or later.
