Yes.  Microsoft has published the "SMS 2003 SQL Server Hardening" list which you can access at:

This checklist is based on a Secure Database Server snapshot which includes SMS and can be found at:

As with all these things, in theory it should work on your SMS Site but I'd strongly recommend you test it in your lab environment before implementing any changes on your live servers.
