How Can I Get SMS to Run an Application at Every Login?

I have a little executable that I want to schedule to run at every login to the network. I run a login script which runs on every login. But I want this app to run on every login too. Currently I can only get it to run once for each user.

What am I doing wrong?

When you schedule the Advertisement, specify two schedules: One a re-occurring schedule say run every x mins|hours|years for that matter and another to run a logon.
