Web Reporting Tools Running Slowly

I've just installed SMS Web Reports on my Central site server. IIS and SQL and SMS are installed on the same server (we have a huge hierarchy, 4GB database size for our Central site DB).

I find this tool to be extremely slow. When I write simple queries, it takes a long time to show the results. It times out 9 out of 10 times. Is it me or is SMS Web Reports extremely slow (the results from within the admin console are a lot faster and never time out)?

Is this the SMS Web Reporting tool from one of the new Feature Packs, or the old version from the web? The Feature Pack versions are newer, so if you aren't using that version, I'd use it and see if it helps out.
