Can I Use Wake-On-LAN with SMS?

I need to be able to distribute software to my machines 'out-of-hours' which is proving a real pain as the majority of my machines are powered off during this time and so distributing software is proving a real nightmare.

I’ve heard about Wake-On-LAN but I’m not sure whether I can use it with SMS?
