What's the Difference Between the SMS SUS Feature Pack and SUS?

I've just started research on SUS SP1.0 and SUS Feature Pack. We're running an SMS Primary site with 6 Secondary sites and with several distribution points located at each secondary site. In total we serve about 5500 clients and we will be expanding to 9000 before the end of the year.

We use SMS for Software Distribution, helpdesk remote takeovers and as a tool to keep track of our assets and to fill our CMDB.

Should I use the Feature Pack or should I use the SUS server? What weaknesses does one package have over the other?
