What Are DWS Files?

I'm seeing files with a *.DWS extension in in my ..SMS\inboxes\schedule.box directory.

Are these anything to be worried about?

It means Done With Sending, and is an indicator to the Scheduler that sending has successfully completed. They should be removed fairly quickly and should not cause a problem.
