"SMSPROV DllCanUnloadNow - returning S_FALSE" in SMSProv.log

Does anyone know what this line means that I’ve found in my SMSProv.log as I assume I’ve got a problem:

[6C0][Mon 12/22/2003 01:05:21]:SMSPROV DllCanUnloadNow - returning S_FALSE

You'll see this particular line in the SMSProv.log when the provider is at rest, it's not indicative of any problem.
