"Site xyz added to list of busy sites because there is no available address."

For some reason my Primary Site server has stop talking to his Secondary server. I can copy packages to the Secondary server that are attached to the Primary. In the Sender.Log I get the following errors:

Site 025 added to list of busy sites because there is no available address.

Found send request. ID: 2_XK7EXT, Dest Site: 026

All the existing addresses to destination site 026 are closed Returning send request to pending because address cannot not be found Site 026 added to list of busy sites because there is no available address No (more) send requests found to process.

This is Repeated for every Secondary site in the hierarchy.

You might try deleting the address and re-adding for one site to see if that clears the problem for the site.
