CCR Error Code 1003

I can't find any information on this error. However when I check the CCR inbox there are records for all the computers I tried to push the client to, and they all have this error in their error code field.

I saw this once before where the CCR's were marked read-only. They kept being processed, constantly, and the ccm.log would fill up about every 2 minutes. They should almost instantly disappear after dropping them in the ccr.box. If they are being processed, or in the ccrretry.box, move or delete them.
