Producing a Query of Which Packages are Installed on Which Machines

Just getting into SMS queries. I've managed to work out simple queries based around hardware and package object types, but not a combination of the two.

How would I produce a query that shows me machines (NetBIOS names) with their currently installed packages? For example, which machines currently have the package Microsoft Office XP?

Is this possible to combine the 2 queries in this manner?

Why not just use the built-in status message query 'Clients That Ran a Specific Advertised Program Successfully'? It is a prompted query, and you select the Advertisement ID.
