Technically no, but you will get all your clients sending DDRs back to CAPs/ MPs every hour, with all the resulting network traffic. Do you really need your Discovery data to be that up to date!!?? Heartbeat Discovery is designed to stop aged discovery data being scavenged from the site DB.
