Client says it's not assigned even though it's in the right IP boundary

If my IP address is "130.10.5.5" and subnet mask is "255.255.0.0" what subnet am I part of? I thought it was "130.10.0.0" but when I use that in the site boundaries tab when I install the client software (using "smsman.exe") it tells me I am not assigned to a site?

My addition comes up with 130.10.0.0 too.

Make sure the client mask is set to "255.255.0.0". If for some reason someone changed the mask on the client SMS will pick it up in a different subnet.
