When you activate Logon Discovery, it appears
that all domain controllers must participate in the domain you activate as logon
points (with the "SMSLOGON" share and files on the
"NETLOGON" share). Do you
have to activate all domain controllers, or can you activate only a select few? Contributed By:

You don't have a choice. All domain controllers in the domain your Site
Server is installed in will become Logon Points. However you can be creative
with the "NET Server" command to "hide" a
domain controller from SMS by using:
"net config server
/hidden:yes"
Be careful though as if the domain controller is providing authentication
it could cause problems.
