Is there an Easy way to Change the Refresh Interval for Several Collections?

I have 180 scheduled refreshing Collections for which it is required to alter the refresh interval from 1 hour (thrashing the box) to maybe 2 or 3 hour intervals.

Do I need to update these schedules on a manual one-by-one basis or is there an easier way?

In the SMS 2.0 Administration Feature Pack, there is a utility, called Transfer Site Settings, that can be used to replicate collection schedules from one collection in your site to any other collections in your site (as well as package schedules) and site settings to other sites in your hierarchy. I'd look at using that to quickly update your 180 collections.
