| There are some Clients I have in my database
that when I view the properties on a client under the subnet section I see
multiple subnet addresses. There doesn't appear to be any impact as to them
receiving installations or working correctly. Does anyone understand why this
is? Other clients on the same network have a single subnet and it is correct yet
I have no more problems with those clients than I do the others. Is there a way
to clean up the clients so that they only have the correct single subnet? Most likely those subnets come from other Adapters on the
machine that have different IP addresses, this or if the client somehow got a
different IP address or subnet mask at one time or another. SMS will keep track
of all IP subnets any adapter had on the PC. The only other thing I can think of
is if you have duplicate client GUIDs. SMS thinks that all the different
inventory records are for one PC.
