Wuser32 GPFs and nVIDIA

To fix Wuser32 GPF's on systems with nVIDIA video cards go to nVIDIA.com and download and install the latest driver. At the time of writing it is version '6.31' known as the 'Detonator 3'. It is designed for Windows 95, 98, ME, NT 4, and 2000. It works with GeForce2 Ultra, GeForce2 GTS, GeForce2 MX, GeForce 256, RIVA TNT2 Ultra, RIVA TNT2 Pro, RIVA TNT2, RIVA TNT2 M64, NVIDIA Vanta, NVIDIA Vanta LT, RIVA TNT, Quadro2 Pro, Quadro2 MXR, and Quadro. This driver resolved previous problems on Dell Dimension Workstations with nVIDIA cards. However, although these drivers resolve the GPF problem, both versions 4.12.01.0631 and 6.34 can drain system resources to an unusable point. The only driver that seems to work is 4.11.01.0109 from 01/99. If you goto http://www.reactorcritical.com/ they have the latest beta Detonator drivers which appear to resolve the problems.
