Cannot find the file SMSRUN32 (or one of its components.) Make sure that the path and file name are correct and that all required libraries are available.

When I clear this error, I receive the following:

I have found that the 'load=smsrun32' entry is being left in 'HKEY_USERS\USERS_SID\Software\Microsoft\Windows_NT\Currentversion\Windows\'

This error has been seen on machines that a shared by several users and is caused by the 'HKEY_CURRENT_USERS' profile being cleared for the first user that logs on but not the rest of them. To get around this try adding a registry hack to the Startup group to clear all of the profiles of the 'load=smsrun32' command.
