"Publish" Software Option Greyed Out

This afternoon I was trying to Publish Adobe Acrobat 6.0 Reader to a GP (I'm in the learning curve for GP's), and whenever I clicked on the policy and wanted to select PUBLISH instead of ASSIGN, it was greyed out.

Any ideas what I'm missing?

If you are trying to publish the app under "computer configuration" then the option should be greyed because you can only publish apps to users and not computers. Try publishing the app under the "user configuration" settings of the policy.
