To see which Packages and Components are part of a Task Sequence simply click the required Task Sequence under the Task Sequences node.

Click the References tab towards the bottom of the screen.  This will list all of the Packages that make up the TS including their ID and type (Boot image, Driver, Operating system image, Software package, etc.)
