Drag and drop on Task Sequences’ Groups doesn't work

I've created a new Group in a Task Sequence and I now want to drag and drop new Task Sequence steps into that group but it doesn't work.  Is this not supported?

Yes this is supported, the trick is to drop the TS Step onto the folder icon beside the Group and not on the Group name otherwise it doesn't work.
