RESOLUTION
When you upgrade to a later SCCM Technical Preview the 90 day timer is restarted.
For example if you installed Technical Preview 1605 and only have 5 days left to use it, when you install a later Technical Preview such as 1606 the Time Limit is reset to 90 days.
