Why is the “Apply” button greyed out when I clear the “Enable PXE support for clients” checkbox on the “PXE” tab of a SCCM DP?

I want to disable PXE on one of my ConfigMgr Distribution Points (DPs). I’ve gone into the Properties of the relevant DP and clicked the PXE tab.

I’ve then unchecked the Enable PXE support for clients checkbox to disable PXE.

However, why is the Apply button greyed out as soon as I disable PXE?
