I am trying to install a SCCM 2012 Distribution Point but it seems to be taking forever and I see the following error in the Distmgr.log:
DP upgrade processing thread: No more available threads left to process any more upgrade distribution point notification. Will wait for existing distribution point upgrades.
The same issue occurs if I try to upgrade a DP.
